Operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. tk499 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Where multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and winnings voided without prior notice.

Accurate Registration Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep that information updated at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and cancellation of any pending withdrawals. tk499 may request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of your registration details at any time.

Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. tk499 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately safeguard your credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

Payments

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

Clause 2.1
Accepted Payment Methods
tk499 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. All payment transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk499 does not accept deposits funded by credit extended specifically for the purpose of gambling. You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name; third-party payment methods are prohibited.
Clause 2.2
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed during normal business hours and are typically completed within 24 to 72 hours of approval, subject to verification requirements. tk499 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding standard thresholds. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible, in order to prevent money laundering.
Clause 2.3
Dormant Accounts and Administrative Fees
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. tk499 may apply a monthly administrative maintenance fee on dormant account balances after providing reasonable advance notice by email. The fee will not reduce the balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting support. tk499 will not close a dormant account or forfeit its balance without at least 30 days' written notice.
Fraud Warning
Any attempt to manipulate payment systems, submit fraudulent payment documentation, perform charge-backs, exploit processing errors, or launder funds through the platform will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities. tk499 cooperates fully with financial institutions and law enforcement in investigating suspected fraudulent activity.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Clause 3.1
Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier for each promotion is displayed at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Bonus Abuse and Misuse
tk499 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, coordinating play with other players to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, exploiting software errors or loopholes to generate unearned bonus credits, or systematically hedging bets to satisfy rollover conditions while avoiding genuine gambling risk. Where bonus abuse is detected, tk499 reserves the right to void all bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and close the implicated accounts.

Promotion Eligibility
Promotions are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above unless otherwise specified. tk499 may restrict certain promotions to players from specific regions, or to players who have completed account verification. Free spins, deposit match bonuses, and cashback offers may be subject to game restrictions — not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements, and some games may be excluded entirely. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of commercial law. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration. Amendments to These Terms
